When entering our service all of our clients are provided with a Welcome to IDRS handbook and a Complains Flyer. Both documents are in easy read.
The Welcome Handbook provides information about what a client needs to know about our service, what they can expect and our expectations of them. Additionally it covers privacy, feedback and complaints.
Everybody has the right to make a complaint if they are not happy with a service; our Complaints Flyer provides our clients with information on how to make a complaint, how we will respond to their complaint and what to do if they are not happy with our response to their complaint.
