ARC resource “Introduction to Supported Decision-Making in Legal Matters and People with Intellectual Disability – A Practical Guide for Legal Practitioners” is now available
This resource was developed as part of The Council for Intellectual Disability (CID) My Rights Matter grant program and is intended to serve as an introduction to supported decision-making for lawyers so they can assist their clients with intellectual disability to maximise their ability to make their own decisions in legal proceedings wherever possible.
